In home / In Person Sleep Support
Hands-on guidance directly to your home. I work alongside you and your child at bedtime, helping establish routines, adjust the environment, and create peaceful nights. Being present allows me to guide each moment, offering reassurance and practical solutions so your family can feel supported, calm, and more rested.

a full three-day experience designed for families who feel completely overwhelmed. I stay closely involved day and night, helping your child settle into healthy naps and nighttime sleep while providing guidance and reassurance. This immersive approach helps restore calm to your home and gives you the confidence, clarity, and rest you’ve been longing for.
