Personalized Sleep Plan — A fully customized, step-by-step plan designed for your baby’s age, temperament, and your family’s lifestyle — including nap structure, bedtime routine, and gentle response strategies. In-Home Bedtime Support (Night 1) — Hands-on bedtime coaching in your home for 3 hours. I’ll guide you through bedtime and early-night transitions so you learn exactly how to respond calmly and confidently. Unlimited Text Support (1 Week) — Unlimited messaging between 8 AM – 5 PM PST for one week. Sleep Log Analysis — I’ll review your baby’s daily logs to track progress, identify patterns, and make gentle, evidence-based tweaks. 45-Minute Wrap-Up Call + Guide for Future Sleep Challenges— This final call allows us to review your results, ensure the routine is solid, and make any last tweaks.
