Why I Do What I Do

How I Can Help You

Inspired by that experience, I became certified through the Institute of Pediatric Sleep and Parenting. Since then, I’ve helped families I already knew work through regressions and challenges, and supported new parents who felt completely lost and overwhelmed by sleep struggles.

I’ve become a passionate advocate for sleep consulting that’s gentle, respectful, and personalized—never “cry it out,” and always centered around your child’s needs and your parenting values. Whether you choose to co-sleep, room share, or want your baby in their own crib, I’ll meet you where you are.

Sleep training doesn’t have to be rigid, scary, or one-size-fits-all. It can be nurturing, responsive, and life-changing.

From Nanny to Sleep Consultant

Hi, I’m Diana — and I’m so glad you’re here. Whether you’re running on empty or simply looking for extra support, I want you to know: you’re not alone, and things can get better.

My journey into sleep consulting began years ago, long before I imagined it would become my calling. I was working as a nanny for a wonderful family whose 10-month-old had just been sleep trained. It was the first time I’d ever heard of sleep training, and honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect. But to my surprise, naps were smooth, bedtime was peaceful, and putting her down was rarely a struggle. That little girl is still a great sleeper today—and we’re still in touch.

Over time, I cared for many families, each with their own parenting styles and sleep routines. Some co-slept, others rocked or fed their babies to sleep. Many thought sleep training meant letting their baby cry it out. I always respected each family’s approach, but I also saw how much stress and exhaustion sleep challenges could bring—to parents and caregivers alike.

Then came a turning point. I was working with a baby I had known since birth, and sleep was a constant struggle. No matter what we tried, nothing worked—until the family brought in a sleep consultant. And just like that, by the third night, he was sleeping through. I was amazed.

From then on, we created a sweet little ritual. At every nap and bedtime, we’d say softly: “Time to sleep.” It became a gentle cue, a moment of calm that helped him settle with ease. That phrase stuck with me—not just because it worked, but because it captured the kind of support I wanted to offer to other families. That’s where the name "Time to Sleep" came from.

Why Work With Me?

I’ve been in your shoes—tired, unsure, and hoping things will change. That’s why I approach every family with empathy, flexibility, and encouragement. I understand how much sleep affects everything: your energy, your connection with your child, and your peace of mind.

With a personalized plan and my ongoing support, your child will be gently guided toward better sleep—helping your family experience more restful nights and brighter days.
