Welcome to Time to Sleep by Diana Caldera. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our sleep consulting services. By booking or participating in any session or package, you agree to the following:

1. Services

Time to Sleep offers personalized sleep consulting services for families, including discovery calls, custom sleep plans, follow-up support, and packages. Services may be delivered via video calls, phone, email, or in-home visits as agreed.

2. Booking, Payment & Refunds

  • All sessions and packages must be booked in advance through the available scheduling system.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

  • Accepted payment methods will be listed at booking.

  • Prices are subject to change but confirmed bookings are honored at the agreed rate

  • Because each sleep consulting service is personalized and begins working closely with your family, refunds are not offered once support has started. However, your satisfaction is very important to me. If you have any concerns or need adjustments along the way, please reach out — I’m committed to making sure you feel supported and happy throughout the process.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.

  • Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee or forfeit the session fee, except in cases of emergency.

  • Rescheduled sessions are subject to availability.

4. Transportation Fees (In-Home Services)

  • For in-home consultations outside the designated service area, additional transportation fees will apply and be communicated prior to booking.

5. Confidentiality

  • Your privacy is important. All personal information and discussions during consulting sessions are confidential and will not be shared without your consent, except where required by law.

6. No Medical or Health Advice

  • Sleep consulting services provided are for educational and supportive purposes only. They do not constitute medical, health, or psychological advice.

  • Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns related to your child’s health or sleep.

7. Results Disclaimer

  • While Time to Sleep strives to provide effective support, individual results may vary. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

8. Code of Conduct

  • Clients agree to communicate respectfully and cooperate during sessions. Time to Sleep reserves the right to discontinue services if conduct is disruptive or abusive.

9. Recording and Privacy

  • Some sessions (e.g., webinars) may be recorded for educational purposes but will not be shared publicly without explicit consent.

  • Client recordings or notes remain confidential.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Time to Sleep and Diana Caldera are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of services. Services are provided “as is” without warranties.
