All services include the appropriate contract and agreement, provided before support begins.

 

1. Service Agreements & Contracts

Every paid service, package, or consultation includes a written Service Agreement/Contract.
You will receive this contract before your support officially begins.

The contract outlines:

  • Scope of the service

  • What’s included

  • Expectations for both sides

  • Safety guidelines

  • Payment terms

  • Boundaries around communication

  • Privacy & confidentiality

  • Cancellation & rescheduling rules

  • Liability and disclosures

No service will begin until the agreement is reviewed and accepted.

 

2. Services

Time to Sleep provides personalized sleep consulting services including discovery calls, sleep plans, digital resources, follow-up support, and in-home visits.

Services may be delivered via video call, phone, email, text, or in person.

 

3. Booking, Payment & Refunds

  • Payment is required at booking.

  • Prices may change, but confirmed bookings remain at the original price.

  • Because sleep support is personalized and preparation begins immediately, refunds are not offered once support has started.

If preparation has not begun and the cancellation is made more than 48 hours before the appointment, a partial refund may be considered.

 

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Must be done 48 hours in advance.

  • Late cancellations may result in a fee or forfeited session.

  • Emergencies will be handled with understanding.

  • Rescheduling depends on availability.

 

5. Travel Fees (In-Home Services)

In-home services outside the primary service area may require a travel fee, always communicated prior to booking.

 

6. Privacy & Confidentiality

All personal information shared during sessions is confidential and will not be shared without your consent unless legally required.

 

7. No Medical or Clinical Advice

Sleep consulting provided is behavioral and educational.
It does not replace the advice of a pediatrician or medical professional.

 

8. Results Disclaimer

Every child responds differently.
While many families see improvements quickly, results cannot be guaranteed.

 

9. Conduct

Respectful communication and cooperation are expected throughout the process.
Support may be ended if behavior becomes disrespectful, abusive, or unsafe.

 

10. Recordings

  • Educational webinars may be recorded.

  • Sleep consultations and in-home support are not recorded unless both parties agree in writing.

  • Any provided materials are for personal use only.

 

11. Liability

Time to Sleep and Diana Caldera are not responsible for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the use of services or information provided.
All services are offered “as is” without warranties.

 

12. Privacy Policy

We may collect personal information such as your name, contact details, child’s sleep information, booking details, and payment data (processed securely through third-party providers).

Your information is used to:

  • Deliver your service

  • Communicate updates and support

  • Improve service quality

Information is never sold.
Data may be shared with third parties only as needed to complete your booking or support your service.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time.
