Who it’s for: For families who want extended, hands-on help and continuous follow-up. You’ll have me by your side in person the first night and virtually the next — plus two full weeks of guidance and reassurance. Features: Comprehensive Sleep Evaluation— A detailed intake questionnaire and sleep-history review to understand your baby’s current routines, environment, and sleep habits before creating your personalized plan. 60-Minute Consultation Video Call + Sleep Environment Review—Personalized Sleep Plan We’ll review your plan and make sure the sleep space — lighting, temperature, setup, and safety — is perfectly ready for implementation night. In-Home Bedtime Support (Night 1) — I’ll stay for 6 hours on Night 1 to support you through bedtime and the early part of the night. I’ll help you respond to wake-ups, keep the routine consistent, and troubleshoot anything that comes up. You’ll receive hands-on coaching, real-time guidance, and a strong foundation for the rest of the night. Live Bedtime Text Support (Night 2) — You’ll handle bedtime on your own, but with my real-time guidance. I’ll be available for up to 1 hours on night 2 (before 12 AM) to answer questions, give immediate feedback, and even observe the monitor if you’d like — helping you stay consistent, supported, and reassured as you continue the process independently. Unlimited Text Support (2 Weeks) — Unlimited messaging between 8 AM – 5 PM PST for two weeks. Sleep Log Analysis— I’ll review your baby’s daily logs to track progress, identify patterns, and make gentle, evidence-based tweaks. 45-Minute Wrap-Up Call + Guide for Future Sleep Challenges— This final call allows us to review your results, ensure the routine is solid, and make any last tweaks. You’ll also receive a practical guide that walks you through how to handle future sleep hiccups (regressions, transitions, routines shifting, etc.) so you stay prepared even after our work together ends. Post-Support Emails (2) — Lifetime-use emails you can redeem anytime. Emails are considered redeemed once sent.
