-The Overnight Support What’s included: Applicable to families in Los Angeles only. Comprehensive Sleep Evaluation – A complete review of your baby’s sleep patterns, environment, and daily rhythm to ensure your plan is highly personalized. Personalized Sleep Plan – A detailed plan designed to help your baby achieve restful, independent sleep while maintaining comfort and connection. 60-Minute Online Consultation + Environment Review – A complete walkthrough of your sleep plan to ensure you feel confident before beginning. We’ll also review your baby’s room setup, discuss your routine, and make sure your space supports restful sleep for the night of implementation. 12 Hours of Full Overnight Support (Can Be Divided Into 2 Nights) – I’ll guide you through bedtime, night wakings, and early mornings, staying overnight to support you hands-on. Hours can be divided across two nights for flexibility. Three 45-Minute Follow-Up Calls (Flexible Use) – Use these throughout your process to review progress or fine-tune routines. Unlimited Text & Email Support (2 Weeks) – Message any time during your support period. Replies are provided during business hours (8 AM–5 PM Pacific Time) for steady, reassuring communication. Sleep Log Review – I’ll review your baby’s sleep progress and patterns, offering adjustments and practical insights for ongoing success. 3 Post-Support Emails (Do Not Expire) – You can use these for future questions or updates. Once used, they’re considered redeemed. If new issues arise, I’ll suggest an additional session for deeper support. Guide for Future Sleep Challenges – A helpful reference to keep your family’s sleep consistent and peaceful through future changes.
