What’s included: Comprehensive Sleep Evaluation – A review of your baby’s current sleep habits, daily rhythm, and environment to create a plan that aligns with your family’s lifestyle. Personalized Sleep Plan – A detailed, gentle plan tailored to your baby’s age, temperament, and your parenting approach. 60-Minute Online Consultation + Environment Review – A complete walkthrough of your sleep plan to ensure you feel confident before beginning. We’ll also review your baby’s room setup, discuss your routine, and make sure your space supports restful sleep for the night of implementation 3 Hours of In-Home Bedtime Support (Night 1) – I’ll be there in person to guide you through bedtime, offering hands-on support while you apply the plan confidently. 45-Minute Follow-Up Call (Flexible Use) – Use this for review, questions, or gentle adjustments after implementation. Unlimited Text & Email Support (1 Week) – Message freely during your support week with updates or questions. Replies are provided during business hours (8 AM–5 PM Pacific Time) to keep communication calm and consistent. Sleep Log Review – I’ll review your baby’s sleep patterns after implementation to confirm progress and offer final recommendations. 1 Post-Support Email (Does Not Expire) – You can use this any time in the future for a quick check-in or small question. Once used, it’s considered redeemed. If more guidance is needed, I’ll recommend the best follow-up option. Guide for Future Sleep Challenges – A resource to help you navigate future transitions, regressions, or travel sleep calmly.
