What’s included: Comprehensive Sleep Evaluation – A complete look at your baby’s routines, patterns, and sleep environment to build a plan that truly works for your family. Personalized Sleep Plan – A step-by-step, flexible guide that feels natural for your parenting style and your baby’s temperament. 60-Minute Online Consultation + Environment Review – A complete walkthrough of your sleep plan to ensure you feel confident before beginning. We’ll also review your baby’s room setup, discuss your routine, and make sure your space supports restful sleep for the night of implementation. 6 Hours of In-Home Bedtime + Early-Night Support (Night 1) – I’ll stay with you for bedtime and early-night wakings, offering calm, hands-on guidance as you learn the process. Two 45-Minute Follow-Up Calls (Flexible Use) – Use these calls for midweek adjustments or progress check-ins. Unlimited Text & Email Support (2 Weeks) – You can message freely with questions or updates. Replies are given during business hours (8 AM–5 PM Pacific Time) to ensure calm, consistent support. Sleep Log Review – I’ll analyze your sleep log to assess progress and provide gentle refinements as needed. 2 Post-Support Emails (Do Not Expire) – You can use these anytime for future questions or updates. Once used, they’re considered redeemed. If your situation requires deeper review, I’ll suggest the right add-on. Guide for Future Sleep Challenges – A supportive tool to help you maintain healthy routines through future transitions.
